The Doors are closing...

Yes, this is a car from the Washington Metro. As much as people get on it, it is not a bad system. The cars only drag someone down the platform once per month. For anyone that will ever ride this, note that the doors are not like an elevator. They have no sensor to bounce back. The trains are not supposed to be able to travel with doors ajar, but if that relay is not working, the train will start down the track. Clearly a case where a fail-safe was not engineered properly. All in all, I like it. I ride it everyday and twice on Sundays. Well, that sounded good anyway.
